The updating of the sustainable European action plan takes place at three levels:
1.European climate taxonomy: which aims to support sustainable investments by declaring which economic activities contribute most to European objectives.
2. Proposal for CSRD, which will modify the current reporting requirements of the NFRD.
3. It will amend the delegated acts on sustainability preferences, fiduciary duties and product governance.
The following topics are discussed: European and North American ESG panorama; the EU regulation on information relating to sustainability in the financial services sector; ESG integration for Private Equity companies.
