With more than 2,400 certified professionals and over 20 years of history, the programme covers the role of IR, financial markets, corporate governance and regulation, reporting and disclosure, accounting and valuation, as well as the practical aspects of managing Investor Relations activities.<br \/>\nThrough the partnership, Arwin &amp; Partners will promote the ICIR in Italy and support candidates throughout the certification process, making an international professional qualification available to both professionals already working in Investor Relations and related functions and those looking to develop a career in Investor Relations.<br \/>\nThe ICIR pathway combines self-study using official materials developed by The UK Investor Relations Society with an online mock exam and a final assessment consisting of 60 multiple-choice questions.<br \/>\nCandidates will also have the opportunity to complement their preparation with two optional courses: Introduction to IR &amp; Financial Markets, covering the fundamentals of Investor Relations and financial markets, and the ICIR Revision Course, designed to consolidate candidates&#8217; knowledge ahead of the final examination.<br \/>\nPiero Munari, Managing Partner of Arwin &amp; Partners, commented: \u201cInvestor Relations plays an increasingly strategic role in the relationship between companies and capital markets and requires an ever broader and more specialised set of skills.
